This is where I keep all my NationStates stuff.
Here's a map of my nation, Kurashita, and below is a dissertation on it and its military.
Kurashita is divided by population into ten regions: Bravo, Echo,
Gamma, Juliet, Magna, Papa, Romeo, Tango, Victor, and Yellowjacket.
Each region's color appears as a stripe on the left of each citizen's ID
badge, with a stripe on the right denoting function. Between them is the
citizen's name, ID number, DOB, physical attributes. All this information
plus history, place of work, specific function, and DNA is coded onto a microchip
embedded into the badge.
Kurashita's government is painfully simple. There is a cabinet, consisting
of the six commanding officers of the military, three scientists, and
three successful working-class men or women. Each law is voted upon and
must require a vote of eight to pass. The Premier has two votes, all others
have one. In a state of emergency, the Premier takes over all law- and decision-making
functions.
Kurashita has Near Future technology - personal computers top out at
about 5GHz, mild medical nanotech, and generally more efficient equipment
all around. Its main trade is military goods.
The current Premier is Alexander Deane.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By District:
Bravo: Home to Fort Mikado, headquarters of the KPC.
Echo: Home to Outlands Academy, Kurashita's best (and world-recognized)
university.
Gamma: Home to the Papovich Bazaar, a domed marketplace measuring miles
in diameter, built and adminstrated by Yarslov Papovich, an eccentric billionaire
and CEO of Papovich Technical, a leading wholesaler of electronics.
Juliet: Home to Saxon City, Kurashita's own urban ghetto, crawling
with gangs and wars thereof, and Fort Zephyr, headquarters of the KAF.
Magna: Home to Fort Desman, headquarters of the KAC, the alleged headquarters
of the Human Rights Committee, a radical pro-rights dissident movement,
and Lake Caibe (KAI-ba), Kurashita's only large freshwater source.
Papa: Home to the Gontranno Sanctuary, a noted monastery, and Kurashita
City, the capital of Kurashita.

Kurashita Investigator Academy, where all levels of Investigator training
take place.
